Video: Specsavers - Chairmans Forum

In February 2007, Leaps and Bounds lead the 2-day Chairmans Forum.

On day two, we provided with a smorgasbord of activities to complete based around key elements that can dramatically improve the impact of any meeting – large or small.

The topics covered were:

• Improvisation – how can you develop your intuition and responses through working with improvisation techniques
• Personal Impact – how can you use your voice, body and inner confidence to maximise the value of any meeting with others
• Creativity and group dynamics – in which you will explore diverse methods of problem solving and facilitation techniques that you can use in a meeting setting to improve your results
